The 2020 Election Dispute in Georgia

President Donald Trump aggressively challenged Georgia’s 2020 election results after he lost the state to President Joe Biden by fewer than 12,000 votes, according to the official tally.

Concerned citizens previously identified many of the issues described in the affidavit by analyzing data obtained through freedom of information requests and litigation.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who oversees elections and is currently running for governor, dismissed the concerns. He described the irregularities as minor administrative and human errors that did not affect the outcome of the election.
